Narendra Modi’s personal website Twitter account hacked, social media site confirms

Hacked” PM Modi’s website Account, “Twitter” Investigating very Actively

This incident occurs after some of the famous personalities twitter accounts were hacked in July.

Today morning the twitter account of prime minister Narendra Modi’s personal website and mobile application attacked by hackers. Twitter confirmed it and said they have in process to secure the hacked account and “Investing Actively” To resolve the problem.

This hacked account sent tweets to account followers asking for donations for “PM National Relief Fund” through Cryptocurrency.

This hacked Account was handled by the narendramodi_in and had huge followers 2.5 million with 37000 tweets since the account created. The account was created in May 2011.

The spokesperson of twitter stated “We’re aware of this activity and have taken steps to secure the compromised account. We are actively investigating the situation. At this time, we are not aware of additional accounts being impacted,”

“Mann Ki Baat” Monthly radio program ram by PM Modi the tweet has a quote and it was the last tweet from the account on August 31. Recent update, programs and Prime Minister’s speeches are tweeted from the @narendramodi_in.

In july some of the famous personalities Twitter accounts were hacked and we have featured that news also on technoearning.in

In this incident, PM Modi’s personal Twitter account was not affected which has 61 million followers. He uses this account to reach out to common people who tweets all the important information. @narendramodi account was created in 2009 January.

Hacker accessed the twitter internal system and hacked some of the high-profile accounts in july, including former US President Barack Obama, former Vice President Joe Biden, and former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg and the accounts of several tech billionaires such as Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and Tesla CEO Elon Musk were also compromised in an apparent bitcoin scandal. The Fake tweets from the hacked handle offered to double the money of anyone sending money via bitcoin within 30 minutes. Uber and the Apple Twitter handle also posted similar tweets with the scandal.
